Manager/Deputy Manager for Ticketing System & Governance. Oversee and govern transit ticketing systems for operational stability and compliance. Coordinate system enhancements, manage service provider contracts, assess performance, and manage risks. Drive continuous improvement and act as interface for audits.

- Coordinate system enhancements and manage change initiatives.
- Manage contracts with transit ticketing system service providers.
- Assess performance reports and manage risks.
- Coordinate incident response and ensure corrective actions.
- Manage new initiatives and technology refresh projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in managing system operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in system governance and contract management.
- ITIL or service management related foundation certification.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
