Key Responsibilities

  • Drive workforce development strategies to strengthen career development and agility.
  • Plan and execute initiatives for evolving organizational and workforce needs.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
  • Conduct focus group discussions and surveys to understand ground sentiments.
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for secondments and internal mobility.
  • Lead career and workforce development initiatives like internal career fairs.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in workforce/talent development or HRBP.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of policy development, workforce planning, and trends.
  • Experience in facilitating career transitions, coaching, or counselling is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in HR or any related discipline is an advantage.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity.
