Key Responsibilities
- Drive workforce development strategies to strengthen career development and agility.
- Plan and execute initiatives for evolving organizational and workforce needs.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
- Conduct focus group discussions and surveys to understand ground sentiments.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for secondments and internal mobility.
- Lead career and workforce development initiatives like internal career fairs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in workforce/talent development or HRBP.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of policy development, workforce planning, and trends.
- Experience in facilitating career transitions, coaching, or counselling is an advantage.
- Knowledge in HR or any related discipline is an advantage.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity.
