Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of family support systems including marriage enrichment, parenting programmes and family guidance services.
- Manage family evidence-based intervention programmes.
- Coordinate the deployment of Family Development Officers (FDOs).
- Manage programme evaluation systems to measure effectiveness and impact.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with family-focused organisations.
- Develop and deploy Family Playbooks for mosques.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in Social Work, Family Studies, Community Development, Psychology or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in community and social work, family development and community leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing professional networks, programme management and team leadership.
- Strong commitment to Islamic values and principles.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments.
- Adaptability and experience in managing complex family intervention programmes.
