About the role
Review and evaluate policies to strengthen the mandate of the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) and Syariah Court (SYC), and enhance capabilities to support Muslim families. Develop and implement children's programmes, manage policy reforms, and develop evidence-based interventions for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
- Review policies promoting strong marriages, effective parenting, and early childhood development for Muslim families.
- Lead legislative amendment processes for AMLA and MMDR.
- Design and implement evidence-based programmes for parenthood readiness and early childhood development.
- Lead stakeholder consultation for policy development and programme design.
- Conduct research and analyze trends on Muslim family dynamics and child development.
- Evaluate policy and programme effectiveness and impact.
Requirements
- Tertiary education with at least 5-7 years of working experience in a related field.
- Clear and concise writing skills.
- Ability to design policies for implementation and communication.
- Develop practical policy solutions considering implementation challenges.
- Strategically identify, analyze, and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics for policy review and develop evidence-based recommendations.
