Key Responsibilities
- Support the entire product lifecycle of assigned digital products.
- Understand user requirements and develop the product vision.
- Determine product features and functions with stakeholders.
- Manage communications between cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into tasks for the engineering team.
- Provide user support and Level 1 technical support.
Requirements
- Knowledge of project management methodology (e.g., AGILE, Scrum).
- Strong analytics skillset; Tableau knowledge is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data modelling.
- Understanding of UI/UX and user requirements gathering.
- Blend of business acumen, planning, and communication skills.
- Interest in picking up basic programming knowledge.
