Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver courses offered under the centralised academy.
- Support the running of the academy for bus industry professionals.
- Work with stakeholders to develop/revise curriculum.
- Conduct centralised training and assessment for bus employees.
- Manage training operations including fees, budgeting, and documentation.
- Handle project management and other responsibilities for academy operations.
Requirements
- Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is required.
- Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) with good curriculum development experience will be a strong advantage.
- Passionate in Learning and Development and attentive to details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and independent working abilities.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
