- Collaborate and manage partners for programme effectiveness.
- Plan and execute initiatives with internal business units.
- Build C-suite relationships to understand and meet growth needs.
- Design and execute alumni engagement strategy.
- Analyze data and conduct reviews to enhance programme design.
- Support companies on their growth journey post-programme.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of public and private sector experience.
- Experience in project management and commercial roles.
- Strong team player, collaborative and resourceful.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop presentations and documents for senior decision-makers.
