About the role

Provide advisory on the procure-to-pay value chain, manage data, and implement FRAP systems. Responsible for budget management, procurement activities, financial reporting, and management of FRAP IT systems. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and stay abreast of policies and risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory on the procure-to-pay value chain.
  • Manage data and implement FRAP systems.
  • Engage with stakeholders on budget management (analysis, preparation, monitoring, reporting).
  • Oversee procurement activities (policy formulation, vetting specifications, approvals).
  • Handle financial reporting and management, including accounts payable and fixed assets.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and stay abreast of policies and risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration; or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in procurement, audit, and/or accounting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Good problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure or on multiple priorities and projects.
