- Workforce planning and organizational design
- Shape workforce size, structure, and capabilities
- Lead performance and calibration cycles
- Build talent maps and identify successors
- Strengthen people manager capabilities
- Provide counsel on sensitive employee relations matters
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience
- Substantial time partnering senior business leaders
- Demonstrated track record in workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and talent/succession
- Strategic mindset, comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong judgment on sensitive people matters
- Works effectively across the HR ecosystem
