About the role
Lead the standardization and adoption of GIS solutions across LTA's engineering functions. Work with engineering teams to understand workflows, identify GIS opportunities, and develop scalable, reusable solutions. Drive outreach and enablement for GIS capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand engineering workflows and identify GIS value opportunities.
- Define and maintain a framework of GIS use cases.
- Design and maintain reusable GIS templates and solution frameworks.
- Create user guides and quick-start materials for non-expert users.
- Plan and lead outreach initiatives to showcase GIS capabilities and drive uptake.
- Scan for opportunities to broaden GIS application across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in GIS, geospatial solutions, or related fields.
- Strong ability to elicit requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience creating reusable GIS assets (templates, data models, patterns).
- Working knowledge of enterprise applications and data platforms (EAM/CMMS, BIM/CAD).
- Ability to produce clear documentation for diverse audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering workshops or training programs.
