Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct lessons and create teaching/assessment materials for PET and CET students.
  • Develop and maintain relevant teaching curriculum in employee wellness and soft skills.
  • Enhance student learning through advising club activities, training, and project supervision.
  • Collaborate with staff and industry on mental wellness projects.
  • Support SkillsFuture initiatives like Enhanced Internship Programmes and Work Study Programmes.
  • Undertake administrative work related to teaching and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of relevant working experience in psychology-related roles and soft skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Counselling.
  • Proven ability to engage the industry in psychology, mental health, and soft skills.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Resourceful and innovative.
  • Experience in youth, community, or student development work is an advantage.
