Land Transport Authority (LTA) is looking for an Assistant Manager, Bus Operations to oversee bus safety governance and audit matters. Responsibilities include coordinating safety meetings, analyzing accident data, curating safety bulletins, arranging public engagements, conducting audits, and attending to commuter fee

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee bus safety governance and audit matters.
  • Coordinate and provide secretariat support for bus safety meetings.
  • Conduct statistical analysis of public bus accidents.
  • Curate quarterly Bus Safety Bulletins.
  • Arrange public engagements/initiatives on bus safety.
  • Conduct Bus Safety, Quality of Service, Fare Evasion, and Incident Management audits.

Requirements

  • Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong interest in driving business change using technology and data.
  • Knowledge in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience with data analytics tools is an advantage.
