The Social Service Institute (SSI) is seeking an Assistant Director to lead the Learning Excellence department. This role involves strategic and operational leadership over CET quality management, outcome evaluation, adult educator management, and sector digitalization capability development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SSI's quality assurance efforts for sector CET.
- Develop and oversee frameworks for evaluating training programme effectiveness.
- Oversee the management and quality assurance of SSI's adult educator pool.
- Drive digitalization capability development for the social service sector.
- Supervise and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and funding requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in training quality assurance, workforce development, or L&D roles.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with SSG frameworks, course endorsement processes, and CET quality assurance requirements.
- Ability to engage and manage a diverse pool of adult educators and sector stakeholders.
- Keen interest in digitalization and its application to workforce development.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
