Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement frameworks for student intellectual, spiritual, and personal growth.
- Coordinate enrichment activities and monitor student progress.
- Manage overseas immersion programs, including itinerary design and logistics.
- Coordinate with partner universities in the Middle East and North Africa.
- Provide on-ground support and facilitate pre-departure/post-immersion sessions.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance with government agencies.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Education, Higher Education Administration, International Relations, or related field.
- 5-7 years' experience in education program management or international education.
- Demonstrated experience managing international programs or study abroad initiatives.
- Experience working with Middle Eastern or North African institutions preferred.
- Proven project management and leadership experience.
- Strong intercultural communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
