Senior Manager/Manager (Workplace Development) to oversee development, upgrade, and adaptive reuse of LTA campuses and workplaces. Ensure compliance with sustainability requirements and support Smart Campus objectives for enhanced experience, energy savings, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage team to deliver new build, fit-out, and upgrading projects from inception to completion.
- Act as Superintending Officer's representative for assigned projects.
- Plan and coordinate procurement of consultants and contractors.
- Lead meetings with multi-disciplinary teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Drive efforts for environmentally sustainable and healthy workplaces.
- Manage projects from conceptual stage to completion, including budget and cash flow.
Requirements
- Background in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or Building related discipline.
- Familiarity with BIM and BCA Green Mark requirements.
- At least 10 years of experience managing office new build, A&A, and fit-out projects.
- Good verbal, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
- Meticulous, independent, motivated with excellent team spirit.
