About the role

Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Technology. Design, develop, and deliver Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes in veterinary-related disciplines. Develop training materials, identify industry trends, and adopt innovative teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, review, and deliver CET programmes.
  • Develop training materials, including lesson plans and assessments.
  • Identify emerging industry trends for new CET courses.
  • Adopt innovative and learner-centric teaching methodologies.
  • Design and develop e-learning content.
  • Monitor and evaluate course satisfaction and performance.

Requirements

  • Qualification in veterinary technology/veterinary nursing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 8 years of relevant industrial experience in a vet clinic/animal hospital.
  • Familiar with ‘Day One Competences’ for Veterinary Nurses.
  • Passion for developing talents and sharing knowledge.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Able to work in the evenings for night classes.
