About the role
Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Technology. Design, develop, and deliver Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes in veterinary-related disciplines. Develop training materials, identify industry trends, and adopt innovative teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, review, and deliver CET programmes.
- Develop training materials, including lesson plans and assessments.
- Identify emerging industry trends for new CET courses.
- Adopt innovative and learner-centric teaching methodologies.
- Design and develop e-learning content.
- Monitor and evaluate course satisfaction and performance.
Requirements
- Qualification in veterinary technology/veterinary nursing or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 8 years of relevant industrial experience in a vet clinic/animal hospital.
- Familiar with ‘Day One Competences’ for Veterinary Nurses.
- Passion for developing talents and sharing knowledge.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Able to work in the evenings for night classes.
