Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons and develop teaching materials for PET and CET students.
- Develop, review, and maintain curriculum for industry relevance.
- Conceptualize, plan, and deliver institutional and regional events.
- Design and deliver leadership and talent development programs.
- Support high-potential student development through mentoring and coaching.
- Support student internationalization and global exposure initiatives.
Requirements
- Passion for education and student development.
- Experience in student leadership development or talent programs.
- Experience in event planning and management.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging digital tools for teaching is desirable.
