Legal Counsel roles within the Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Singapore. Opportunities in Land & International Rail or Infrastructure, Technology & Cybersecurity divisions. Involves legal advice on statutory interpretation, claims, cross-border rail, infrastructure contracts, technology, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice to LTA.
- Research, prepare, and render legal opinions.
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents.
- Contribute to subsidiary legislation and gazette notices.
- Advise on regulatory matters and shaping agreements.
- Handle contentious and non-contentious legal work.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Law (LLB).
- Work experience in handling legal issues related to regulatory or commercial matters.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Familiarity with Singapore's land transport legislative framework is an advantage.
- Experience in construction law and/or technology/cybersecurity law is ideal.
