About the role
Join the team providing 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system from the Operations Control Centre (OCC). Responsibilities include monitoring system dashboards, detecting faults, logging cases, and escalating issues according to SOPs and BCPs. You will also support system maintenance, testing, and post-upgrade

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system.
- Monitor system operations dashboards and detect faults.
- Log cases and perform fault escalation per SOPs and BCPs.
- Render support for system maintenance activities.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of new systems.
- Perform post-upgrade/maintenance system sanity checks.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Information Technology related disciplines is preferred.
- Keen interest in an Operations Control Centre environment.
- Able to work 12 hours rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
