Key Responsibilities
- Meet senior executives to ascertain status of financial incentives.
- Assess incentive condition achievement via site visits and document review.
- Review company claims for compliance with guidelines.
- Ensure service delivery per SLAs.
- Identify gaps and shape policy framework.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration; or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in audit, governance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
