Manage engagement of resident jobseekers and coordinate onboarding of community employers for the Jobs Nearby @ CDC scheme. Provide personalized guidance, facilitate job matching, and monitor progress. Expand employer networks and organize events. Track data and provide operational guidance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage jobseeker engagement and employer onboarding for Jobs Nearby @ CDC.
- Provide personalized guidance and step-by-step job search assistance.
- Coordinate with employers and vendors for job portal utilization.
- Guide jobseekers in profile setup and job application navigation.
- Facilitate connections between jobseekers and employers.
- Monitor jobseeker progress, conduct follow-ups, and review service delivery.
Requirements
- Knowledge in outreach, career advisory, community engagement, HR/recruitment, or workforce development.
- Knowledge of a 2nd language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) for diverse resident engagement.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently across different community locations and travel within the district.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to conduct outdoor engagement and community outreach activities.
