Key Responsibilities
- Lead lessons and workshops on fashion merchandising and marketing.
- Guide students through real-world product development cycles.
- Mentor students in developing commercially viable, digitally enabled design solutions.
- Recognise and respond to diverse student learning needs.
- Support interdisciplinary, innovation-led learning.
- Collaborate with peers to co-create curriculum reflecting emerging practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience in fashion merchandising, buying, or marketing.
- Proven expertise in fashion merchandising and product lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of the fashion ecosystem and digital innovation.
- Well-versed in contemporary retail and marketing practices, including e-commerce.
- Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Clo3D) is an advantage.
- Passionate mentor, educator, or industry leader motivated by shaping young minds.
