Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years experience working in a training environment.
  • Experience in managing the full training spectrum (development, delivery, evaluation).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good networking, analytical, and communication skills.
