Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract high-calibre candidates through multiple channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for vacancies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments
- Manage candidate experience to enhance employer brand
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to optimise strategies
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent market dynamics
- Experience recruiting across diverse functions in the Singapore government sector (advantageous)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong assessment and interviewing skills
