Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract high-calibre candidates through multiple channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for vacancies
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments
  • Manage candidate experience to enhance employer brand
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to optimise strategies

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent market dynamics
  • Experience recruiting across diverse functions in the Singapore government sector (advantageous)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong assessment and interviewing skills
