Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of corporate client relationships, driving end-to-end account development and negotiation.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key company executives to understand priorities and pursue growth opportunities.
- Develop deep understanding of clients' needs, operations, and structure to refresh engagement strategies.
- Identify, negotiate, and structure project opportunities for mutual benefit.
- Recommend solutions to address client needs and resolve challenges.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project development and execution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in client engagement, industry development, or the Engineering Services/Built Environment sector.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability to identify and respond quickly to changes in the business environment and priorities.
- Keen business acumen to identify industry-level opportunities for Singapore.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.
