Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, execution, monitoring, documentation, and site management for AIT projects.
  • Coordinate and manage artists, contractors, PTOs, and stakeholders.
  • Track and report project progress, managing delays and issues.
  • Support procurement activities, including tender preparation and contract management.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs and digital archives.
  • Create and maintain a database of artwork contractors and an artist registry.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in Architecture, Project Management, Design Management, Arts Management, Fine Arts, Art History or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing art or architecture projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in arts logistics or related fields is favorable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, manage projects, and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
