Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, execution, monitoring, documentation, and site management for AIT projects.
- Coordinate and manage artists, contractors, PTOs, and stakeholders.
- Track and report project progress, managing delays and issues.
- Support procurement activities, including tender preparation and contract management.
- Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs and digital archives.
- Create and maintain a database of artwork contractors and an artist registry.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Architecture, Project Management, Design Management, Arts Management, Fine Arts, Art History or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing art or architecture projects.
- Demonstrated experience in arts logistics or related fields is favorable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, manage projects, and collaborate across disciplines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
