Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lessons to full-time diploma students and part-time adult learners.
  • Design, develop, and deliver curriculum, courseware, and e-learning modules.
  • Supervise and assess student projects and internships.
  • Apply IT tools and multimedia platforms to enhance lesson delivery.
  • Counsel, coach, and mentor students.
  • Undertake academic administration and support outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering (power systems, analysis, protection, machines, testing, codes, fault analysis, renewable energy).
  • Proven ability to lead, plan, and execute industry-focused projects.
  • Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask.
