Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons to full-time diploma students and part-time adult learners.
- Design, develop, and deliver curriculum, courseware, and e-learning modules.
- Supervise and assess student projects and internships.
- Apply IT tools and multimedia platforms to enhance lesson delivery.
- Counsel, coach, and mentor students.
- Undertake academic administration and support outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering (power systems, analysis, protection, machines, testing, codes, fault analysis, renewable energy).
- Proven ability to lead, plan, and execute industry-focused projects.
- Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask.
