About the role
Seeking a Principal Assistant Engineer, Civil & Structures to create accurate 3D models (C&S BIM model) for rail and road projects. Responsibilities include collaborating on design projects, developing detailed 3D models, producing reinforcement concrete detailing, and reviewing contractor submissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on in-house design projects using BIM and drafting software
- Develop precise and detailed 3D models (C&S BIM model)
- Produce reinforcement concrete detailing and drawing sheets
- Review BIM and CAD submissions from contractors and consultants
- Ensure compliance with project specifications
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Knowledge in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in construction design and drafting
- At least 3 years of experience in Civil and Structural BIM modelling
- Ability to create detailed reinforcement concrete (RC) and steel detailing
- Familiarity with industry-specific standards for 3D modelling
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative work ability
