Singapore Polytechnic is seeking a Senior/Lecturer in Financial Markets & Alts for the School of Business. The role involves teaching, curriculum development, student mentoring, industry engagement, and applied research in areas like Financial Markets, Alternative Investments, Corporate Finance, and Fintech.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lessons, create teaching and assessment materials.
- Keep abreast of current developments and trends in financial markets and investments.
- Enhance students’ learning through competitions, projects, and internships.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and cultivate industry relationships.
- Collaborate with staff and industry on applied projects and consultancy.
- Handle administrative work relating to teaching.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong passion in mentoring students.
- A strong team player with good communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage with the industry on consultancy projects.
- Relevant qualifications in Banking/Finance/Analytics/IT or equivalent.
- Prior experience in managing teams is an added advantage.
