Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of M&E systems.
- Oversee and manage service providers’ performance against contracted SLAs and KPIs.
- Conduct regular oversight of service providers for assigned M&E systems.
- Review and process service providers’ submissions.
- Engage users and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and communications.
- Coordinate and provide technical support for all A&A projects.
Requirements
- Qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related disciplines).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the operation and maintenance of commercial or institutional‑scale M&E systems.
- Good understanding of contract procurement, project management practices, and applicable built environment guidelines and standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and CMMS operational data.
- Service‑oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Resourceful, innovative, and adaptable, with a positive approach to problem-solving.
