About the role
Develop a broad perspective on national manpower and education policies and talent challenges faced by companies. Work closely with stakeholders to assess and advocate for policies that support local enterprises’ access to talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Review manpower policies with government agencies
- Design and implement manpower schemes and assistance
- Advise enterprises on manpower schemes
- Drive evidence-based policy development using data
- Build and maintain data products for human-capital insights
- Ingest, wrangle, analyze, and visualize complex datasets
Requirements
- Industry experience or knowledge of Singapore government's manpower policies is advantageous
- Self-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about supporting manpower needs of Singapore enterprises
- Fast learner, able to multi-task and adapt
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience with database management and SQL query writing
