Public Service is hiring a Deputy Manager/Manager, Human Resource (Business Partnership) to support designated business groups in developing and implementing people strategies. This role involves partnering with management on HR strategy, manpower, performance, compensation, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
- Support designated business groups in the development and implementation of people strategies.
- Partner with management to lead overall HR strategy and provide strategic advisory services.
- Implement HR initiatives and best practices aligning with business strategy.
- Engage management in manpower staffing, performance management, compensation, rewards, and talent development.
- Drive process improvements and leverage technology solutions to enhance HR service delivery.
- May be assigned to review code of conduct matters and handle disciplinary cases.
Requirements
- Knowledge in any discipline, preferably with at least 5 years of HR business partnering experience.
- Demonstrated skills in writing, communication and interpersonal relationships.
- Demonstrated skills in analysis and critical thinking.
- Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and drive to excel.
- Independent, able to work in a team and highly self-motivated.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives and familiarity with technology/AI applications would be advantageous.
