Senior Executive in the Department of Finance at Singapore Polytechnic. Support core accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and year-end closing. Partner with Schools and Departments to provide timely financial information and support to management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational functions for R&D projects, Trust Fund, insurance, and audit certification.
- Prepare and submit reports such as bank reconciliation and project reports.
- Prepare and submit statistical returns required by grantors and government agencies.
- Support the annual organizational budget cycle.
- Support financial year-end closing activities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on operational and audit matters.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance.
- Relevant qualifications in Accountancy/Business or equivalent.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Meticulous with keen attention to details.
