Manage and resolve contractual issues for land transport projects, including civil contracts for stations, tunnels, and viaducts. Administer contracts in line with provisions and procedures, covering procurement, payment, claims, and variations.

- Manage and resolve contractual issues for land transport projects.
- Administer contracts in line with contract provisions and proper procedures.
- Navigate matters on cashflow / budgetary forecasts.
- Review contractual arrangements.
- Manage procurement and tender document preparation.
- Handle payment, claims, and variation orders.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Building / Project and Facilities Management / Quantity Surveying / Infrastructure and Project Management
- Experience in cost estimation, contract administration or project management of multi-disciplinary engineering / construction projects
- Good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts specific to engineering or construction projects
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
