Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and review of training programmes.
- Oversee the conduct of training programmes to meet trainees’ needs.
- Engage local and international partners for needs assessment.
- Propose relevant training programmes and infuse interactive learning methods.
- Conduct systematic review and evaluation of programmes.
- Organise webinars/seminars, workshops and other events.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the aviation industry, preferably with teaching or instructing experience.
- Experienced in course management will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal, analytical, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player, self-motivated, results-oriented.
- Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance.
- May be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or a contract renewal.
