Key Responsibilities
- Transform warehouses for manpower and land efficiency.
- Identify, develop, and manage capabilities with partner solution vendors.
- Develop automation solution packages.
- Groom key supply chain technology partners.
- Develop partnership plans with industry partners.
- Benchmark warehousing productivity standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics transformation, or technology implementation.
- Strong interest in warehouse automation technologies and supply chain management.
- Experience in stakeholder management and partnership development with technology vendors.
- Knowledge of government grant schemes and policy implementation.
- Proven track record in project management and business development.
