About the role
The Bus Infrastructure Asset Steward, Operation & Management Division is responsible for the operations, maintenance and management of bus infrastructure to ensure smooth bus operations and upkeep commuter experience. Spearhead efforts to administer and manage bus interchanges and depots under the bus contracting model

Key Responsibilities
- Drive bus infrastructure matters under Bus Contracting Model
- Manage tender preparation, post-award transition, and contract administration
- Manage bus interchange commercial and advertisement activities
- Drive bus infrastructure operational policies on use, operations, and maintenance
- Develop strategies for asset management
- Safeguard infrastructure as part of LTA’s mandate
Requirements
- Knowledge in any discipline
- Preferably 8 years of relevant working experience in asset or facility management
- Strong analytical, communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders
- Creative, hands-on individual able to manage multiple priorities
