Senior Manager (Cybersecurity), Energy & Renewables at EDB. Spearhead industry development in the energy value chain, focusing on cybersecurity resilience and incident management. Requires 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, knowledge of the Cybersecurity Act, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand the energy industry, supply chain, IT & OT systems, and cybersecurity risks.
- Administer and enforce Cybersecurity policies and requirements.
- Liaise with government agencies and industry partners on cybersecurity resilience.
- Develop and refine Cybersecurity Incident Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate EDB’s emergency preparedness response for cybersecurity incidents.
- Work closely with internal EDB divisions and external partners.
Requirements
- At least 5-8 years of relevant industry experience in cybersecurity resilience and incident management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational and data management skills.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude, excellent work ethic and a team player.
- Knowledge of the Cybersecurity Act and Cybersecurity Code of Practice.
- Ability to be rostered to work during weekends during emergencies.
