About the role

The SMEs Go Digital (SMEGD) Division in IMDA aims to help SMEs leverage digital technologies. This role focuses on Marketing Communications & Engagement to promote the SMEGD platform and digitalization benefits. Responsibilities include campaign development, brand management, content amplification, and event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive brand initiatives and marketing campaigns for the SMEGD platform.
  • Work with marketing agencies for online and offline campaigns.
  • Serve as custodian of the brand identity.
  • Develop marketing messages and plans for SMEGD initiatives.
  • Amplify content to attract and excite SMEs.
  • Implement and execute outreach events like SMEs Go Digital Day.

Requirements

  • Background in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing Communications, events, and digital marketing.
  • Good individual contributor and strong team player.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of Marketing Communications campaign development and execution.
  • Experience managing third-party agencies/vendors/suppliers.
