About the role
The SMEs Go Digital (SMEGD) Division in IMDA aims to help SMEs leverage digital technologies. This role focuses on Marketing Communications & Engagement to promote the SMEGD platform and digitalization benefits. Responsibilities include campaign development, brand management, content amplification, and event execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive brand initiatives and marketing campaigns for the SMEGD platform.
- Work with marketing agencies for online and offline campaigns.
- Serve as custodian of the brand identity.
- Develop marketing messages and plans for SMEGD initiatives.
- Amplify content to attract and excite SMEs.
- Implement and execute outreach events like SMEs Go Digital Day.
Requirements
- Background in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing Communications, events, and digital marketing.
- Good individual contributor and strong team player.
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of Marketing Communications campaign development and execution.
- Experience managing third-party agencies/vendors/suppliers.
