Principal/Senior Engineer, Street Design & Infrastructure Technology at Public Service in Singapore. Leads and supports planning and design development of commuter and road infrastructure projects. Explores and prototypes emerging technology for infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the planning and design development of commuter and road infrastructure projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and utilize design thinking to conceptualize and design user-centric road schemes.
- Prepare tender specifications, lead consultancy and contract management.
- Provide technical support in the project implementation stage.
- Drive the exploration, evaluation and prototyping of emerging technology suitable for infrastructure development.
- Develop and review engineering standards and design guidelines.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in Civil / Structural Engineering design projects.
- Experience in streetscape design with good understanding of urban design principles will be an added advantage.
- Project management experience with strong working knowledge of relevant local standards, codes, and authorities’ requirements.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates with fewer years of relevant experience may be considered for a junior role.
