Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess funding applications according to established criteria and guidelines.
  • Respond to customer enquiries about funding requirements and application processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
  • Manage complex cases and escalations effectively.
  • Support business process improvement efforts related to funding programme.
  • Design and implement workplace and employee experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • One to two years of working experience in funding programme processing or administrative work.
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn and committed to delivering quality work.
  • Comfortable with using digital tools as required by the job.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Singaporean.
