Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess funding applications according to established criteria and guidelines.
- Respond to customer enquiries about funding requirements and application processes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
- Manage complex cases and escalations effectively.
- Support business process improvement efforts related to funding programme.
- Design and implement workplace and employee experience initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree in any discipline.
- One to two years of working experience in funding programme processing or administrative work.
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn and committed to delivering quality work.
- Comfortable with using digital tools as required by the job.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Singaporean.
