Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative needs, arranging meetings and scheduling.
- Lead information and knowledge management for team efforts.
- Manage tracking of grant proposals for industry-public research collaborations.
- Support marketing efforts through event organization and logistics.
- Handle, interpret, and utilize data via software tools for analysis.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualifications are an advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in general administration roles.
- Proactive, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
