Key Responsibilities
- Ensure contract governance and compliance with LTA requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates for new projects and feasibility studies.
- Draft tender documents and evaluate tenders.
- Administer contracts, including processing payments and variations.
- Assess claims and provide contractual advice to project teams.
- Work on diverse IT, Transport, and Electrical/Mechanical Services contracts.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Computer / Electrical / Electronics / IT / Mechanical / Systems Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in contract administration or project management.
- Good knowledge of conditions of contract for IT, engineering, or construction projects.
- Organized and meticulous with ability to work independently.
- Strong written, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A team player able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
