Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in knowledge management, information architecture, or content strategy.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles.
- Familiarity with modern KM platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Self-starter with experimentation mindset.
- Able to work across different teams and content types.
