Key Responsibilities
- Manage processing of applications for licenses to operate Heavy Vehicle (HV) Parks and Vehicle Parking Certificates.
- Conduct investigations at HV parking places and take enforcement actions.
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries via telephone or in person.
- Conduct user acceptance testing on new system functionalities.
- Summarize, crunch, analyze data for complex queries using advanced excel functions.
Requirements
- Knowledge in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience in enforcement will be a strong bonus.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- A flair in interacting and handling customers.
- Highly adaptable, able to work independently and multi-task.
