Senior Associate / Manager, Global Enterprises (Client Engagement) at EDB. Responsible for end-to-end engagement of companies' investments, from enquiries to facilitating plans/expansion in Singapore. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, 1+ year of customer engagement experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Service business enquiries and provide relevant information.
- Facilitate connections to business environment and promoted industries.
- Nurture new investment interests with internal divisions and other government agencies.
- Lead discussions to understand client investment project parameters and needs.
- Recommend and administer appropriate incentives for companies.
- Contribute to customer experience management and improve the customer journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 1 year of work experience in customer engagement or related areas.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fast and independent learner.
- High level of initiative, drive and resourcefulness.
- Strong customer-centricity and service aptitude.
