About the role

Senior Associate / Manager, Global Enterprises (Client Engagement) at EDB. Responsible for end-to-end engagement of companies' investments, from enquiries to facilitating plans/expansion in Singapore. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, 1+ year of customer engagement experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service business enquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Facilitate connections to business environment and promoted industries.
  • Nurture new investment interests with internal divisions and other government agencies.
  • Lead discussions to understand client investment project parameters and needs.
  • Recommend and administer appropriate incentives for companies.
  • Contribute to customer experience management and improve the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in customer engagement or related areas.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fast and independent learner.
  • High level of initiative, drive and resourcefulness.
  • Strong customer-centricity and service aptitude.
