About the role

Oversee HR policies and manage HR systems as part of the People Policy & Services department in Enterprise Singapore. Develop and review HR policies, provide policy advice, monitor implementation, and educate staff on changes. Administer Workday system, explore automation, and perform data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review HR policies (code of conduct, benefits, etc.)
  • Advise employees on policy matters and ensure consistent application
  • Monitor policy implementation and recommend improvements
  • Keep abreast of industry and market practices
  • Educate, train, and communicate policy updates
  • Oversee Workday system for HR policy and benefits administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in policy administration
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation
  • Experience in HRIS administration, preferably Workday
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
