Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facilities management operations including housekeeping and security.
- Monitor and maintain electrical and mechanical systems.
- Perform data analysis on real-time data from IoT sensors.
- Develop policies for Smart FM and energy management.
- Manage implementation of new smart FM technologies.
- Review and manage term contracts and vendors.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in facilities management/engineering.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong ACMV/mechanical background.
- Experience in commercial office environments and large-scale facility management.
- Experience in data analytics for smart FM technologies.
- Proven leadership skills.
