About the role

Manager, Facilities Management and Operations to lead a team for building/facilities maintenance across multiple premises. Responsibilities include site inspections, cost analysis, budgeting, procurement, and enhancing operations through smart technologies and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee facilities management operations including housekeeping and security.
  • Monitor and maintain electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Perform data analysis on real-time data from IoT sensors.
  • Develop policies for Smart FM and energy management.
  • Manage implementation of new smart FM technologies.
  • Review and manage term contracts and vendors.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in facilities management/engineering.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong ACMV/mechanical background.
  • Experience in commercial office environments and large-scale facility management.
  • Experience in data analytics for smart FM technologies.
  • Proven leadership skills.
