Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Partner business units on sourcing and selection strategies.
- Deliver positive employee and candidate experience.
- Enhance employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Manage appraisal, ranking, and promotion exercises (Performance Management).
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities (People Engagement).
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering and performance management.
- Familiarity with Public Sector Human Resource policies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player, proactive, resourceful, and confident.
- IHRP certification preferred.
