Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Relevant experience in mechatronics, manufacturing, automation, or robotics (2 years preferred).
- Confident in industry collaboration and building partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and a collaborative team player.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring.
